"That's a great idea!" = That's a terrible idea.

The worst startup ideas are the ones where everyone says, "That's a great idea!"

If it's obvious there are either loads of people already trying to do it or, even worse, nobody is trying to do it.

If nobody is trying to do it, most likely many people have tried and failed and there is some non-obvious reason why it is hard.
